We want you to love your Funko Pop! fashion items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn items and original packing slip into a secure box, ensuring the Funko Pop! collectibles or apparel are protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
